Don’t shave or trim for 2 weeks (a whole 14 days) leading up to your wax, hair must be the length of long grain rice. Do take a warm bath or gently exfoliate the night before your wax. Do moisturize with unscented moisturizer or body oil, hydrated skin has best hair removal results. Resist the urge to shave in between appointments, this will restart your process and make it harder for you and your waxer. Do take medication, Advil or ibuprofen, 20 minutes prior to wax to help reduce pain and inflammation. Topical lidocaine can also be used 30 minutes prior to wax to help reduce pain.
Do you offer bikini or Brazilian waxing for people with male anatomy? Currently we do not have an esthetician trained to perform these services.
