Your membership agreement begins the day you sign up and provide payment.
Your monthly membership dues will be deducted on the first of each month thereafter using the debit card or credit card on file.
You may cancel your membership after the 6 month initial commitment. Any cancellation must be done before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. You may email us at info@studioraesthetics.com to cancel your membership. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.
If your membership payment method is declined, you will have 7 days to reconcile your account or your membership may be cancelled.
This agreement permits Studio R Aesthetics to charge your credit card or debit card on file for membership dues, cancellation fees, and no-show fees.
